Getting in
Go to the sign-in page. There are three ways in:
- Continue with Microsoft — sign in with your work account (recommended). A first-time sign-in is created automatically and scoped to your tenant.
- Connect your tenant — start the free flow: tell us who you are, then grant read-only consent. This runs your first scan.
- Access the demo tenant — a fully-loaded sample tenant on demo data, no sign-up needed. Everything is read-only in the demo.
The app at a glance
The left sidebar is your map. The top bar shows your tenant, a Live/Demo badge, sync status and your current plan.

Running a scan
Open Scans → Run scan. CopilotIQ reads licence, usage and agent metadata and builds a snapshot. How often you can scan depends on your plan:
- Free — one scan, ever.
- Pro — one scan per calendar month.
- Enterprise / MSP — unlimited.
Licences (Module A)
The Licenses page turns raw licence data into an ROI story: purchased vs assigned vs active seats, reclaimable spend in $/month and $/year, and adoption by app with dormant and low-usage users flagged. If Microsoft returned anonymized data, a “Names anonymized” banner appears — the numbers are still accurate.
Agents (Module B)
The Agents page inventories the Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents in your tenant and flags the risky ones — no owner, unused, sensitive data and published. Use it as a governance baseline you can track over time.
Recommendations & reports
- Recommendations — a ranked list of actions. Locked on Free; included from Pro.
- Reports — the full write-up, exportable to CSV and PDF, plus email ROI digests.
Billing, plans & coupons
Open Billing & plans to upgrade. Checkout is via Stripe; your plan activates as soon as payment completes. Quarterly and yearly billing are discounted 15% and 25%.
Redeeming a coupon (e.g. 3 days of Pro): go to Billing & plans → “Have a coupon?”, paste the code (e.g. PRO-7QK4-M2WD) and click Redeem. Your plan flips to Pro for the window, then reverts automatically. Coupons can’t be redeemed in the demo.
For operators (the CopilotIQ team)
Operators use their normal Microsoft account — no separate password. Sign in with Continue with Microsoft, then click the Admin button (top-right) to open the console; Back to app returns you. The console covers Dashboard, Organisations, Users, Stripe, Payments, Coupons, Emails and Demo requests.
Generating a coupon: Coupons → choose the plan (default Pro), duration (default 3 days) and max redemptions → Generate code, then share it.
Security & privacy
- Read-only — CopilotIQ observes; it never writes to your tenant.
- Activity metadata only — it never reads prompt, chat or document content.
- Microsoft Graph native — standard, auditable permissions.
- Tenant isolation — every query is scoped to one tenant.
