Reports turn each read-only scan into a shareable record you can hand to the people who sign off on Copilot spend. They cover both modules — licence ROI and AI-agent governance — and export to CSV and PDF. Like everything in Copilot Insights, reports are built from licence, usage and agent metadata only; they never contain the content of prompts, chats or files.
What's in a report
Each report is drawn from your latest snapshot, so the figures match what you see in the app. Two views sit side by side, backed by the actions that explain them:

Export to CSV and PDF
- PDF — a formatted, presentation-ready document for a renewal pack, a board slide or a governance review.
- CSV — the underlying figures for your own spreadsheet, pivot table or finance system.
An export is a copy of the metadata already in your snapshot — there is no prompt or file content to redact. See Security & privacy for exactly what a snapshot holds.
Scheduled email ROI digests
Rather than asking stakeholders to log in, you can have Copilot Insights email a recurring ROI digest to the people who need it. Each digest summarises reclaimable spend, adoption and the top opportunities from your most recent scan, with a link back to the full report.
Digests carry metadata, not content
Scheduled emails contain the same read-only summary figures as the app — never prompt, chat or file content. Only the recipients you choose receive the digest, and you can change or stop it at any time. See the Privacy Notice.

Plan availability
Reports and Recommendations are locked on the Free plan, which caps the view to a small sample of your tenant. They are included from Pro upwards, together with CSV and PDF export and scheduled email digests. See Plans & billing for what each plan includes.
Frequently asked questions
Do reports ever include prompt or file content?
No. Reports and exports are built from licence, usage and agent metadata only. Copilot Insights never reads the content of prompts, chats or files — see the Privacy Notice.
Can I send a digest to people who don't have an account?
Yes. A scheduled ROI digest is an email summary, so stakeholders such as finance or leadership can receive it without signing in. They open the full report in the app only if they want the detail.
Are reports available on the Free plan?
No — Reports and Recommendations are locked on Free. They unlock from Pro upwards; see Plans & billing.
