Sign in, connect your Microsoft 365 tenant with read-only consent, and run your first scan — in minutes.
Copilot Insights connects to your Microsoft 365 tenant on a read-only basis and turns licence, usage and agent metadata into a clear ROI and governance picture. It never sees the content of prompts, chats or files. This page gets you from sign-in to your first scan.
Three ways to sign in
- Continue with Microsoft — sign in with your work account (recommended). A first-time sign-in is created automatically and scoped to your tenant.
- Connect your tenant — start the free flow: tell us who you are, then grant read-only consent. This runs your first scan.
- Explore the demo tenant — a fully-loaded sample tenant on demo data, no sign-up needed. Everything is read-only.
Consent is read-only
Copilot Insights can look, but it can never reassign licences, change agents, or write anything to your tenant. You can revoke access from Microsoft Entra at any time. See Security & privacy.
Connect your tenant
- Choose Connect your tenant (or Start free scan).
- Enter your name and work email so we can create your account.
- Grant read-only Microsoft Graph consent — a standard Microsoft consent screen. A Global Administrator may need to approve it the first time.
- Copilot Insights runs your first scan automatically and drops you on the Overview dashboard.
Run your first scan
A scan reads licence, usage and agent metadata and builds a point-in-time snapshot. Open Scans → Run scan whenever you want a fresh picture. How often you can scan depends on your plan:

Do I need to install anything?
No. Copilot Insights connects through standard read-only Microsoft Graph consent in the browser — there is nothing to install in your tenant.
Who can connect a tenant?
Anyone with authority to grant Microsoft Graph consent for your organisation. Read-only admin consent is typically approved by a Global Administrator the first time.
Can I try it without connecting our real tenant?
Yes — open the demo tenant to explore every feature on sample data, with no sign-up and nothing connected.
