Copilot Insights comes in four plans — Free, Pro, Enterprise and MSP / Partner — so you can start with a single read-only scan and scale up to governing many tenants at once. This page compares what each plan includes, how to upgrade through Stripe, and how to redeem a coupon. Current prices live on the pricing section — this page covers capabilities, not amounts.

The four plans at a glance

Every plan is read-only and metadata-only. What changes between plans is how often you can scan, how many tenants and users you can see, and whether reports and recommendations are unlocked.

What each plan is for

• Free — a one-off taster on your own tenant. Run a single scan, ever, and see a capped teaser of your users and agents. Reports and recommendations are locked.
• Pro — one tenant, one scan per calendar month and up to 199 users, with full reports, CSV / PDF export and recommendations.
• Enterprise — unlimited scans across up to five connected tenants, unlimited users, and multi-tenant switching. See Multi-tenant.
• MSP / Partner — unlimited tenants and custom terms for partners who manage many customers.

Upgrading through Stripe

Upgrade from Billing & plans. Choose a plan and you are taken to Stripe Checkout to pay securely — Copilot Insights never handles or stores your card details. Your plan activates the moment payment succeeds, and limits such as scan cadence update straight away.

Quarterly and yearly discounts

Pay for a longer period up front and save: quarterly billing takes 15% off and yearly billing takes 25% off the monthly rate. Choose your billing period on the pricing section or during checkout.

Redeeming a coupon

Have a promotional code? Redeem it in a few steps:

1. Go to Billing & plans.
2. Open Have a coupon? and paste your code.
3. Click Redeem.
4. Your plan flips to the coupon's tier for the coupon window, then reverts automatically when the window ends.
